Our Process Consists of Multiple Stages

First Consultation
During our first consultation, we address a number of topics with our clients:
- Understanding our clients wants and needs
- Explaining what we offer as a company
- Going through the manufacturing companies we work alongside
- Giving advice on materials
- Touching base with appliances
- Working out the best possible way to use the clients space
The Design
Building upon our first consultation, we produce a design based on the clients vision. Factors of this process are:
- Designs are produced using a CAD program package
- The Design takes the clients space based on the measurements supplied to us by them
- Depending on the clients necessities, in some cases multiple designs are presented
- 3D Design images from multiple perspectives are created
Follow Up Consultation
This consultation follows the design process and we liaise with the client regarding any necessary changes required. Common steps in the stage of the process are:
- Presentation of the design
- Listening to the clients feedback and making necessary adjustments to the design
- Preparation of a quotation would be made to advise the client on cost
- Should the client want to make some further changes we would backtrack to the design process and schedule another consultation to assure the clients satisfaction
Ordering
After we assure the client is absolutely content with their design, we make our way to the ordering stage. The parts of this stage are:
- We recommend the client attends our offices when the ordering stage commences so they are able to be walked through a breakdown of all parts of the kitchen as they are requested
-Upon completing the order and adjustment of the final measurements the payment would be taken for the kitchen furniture and any appliances.
- Shortly after the order has been placed, a delivery week would be given in which we can expect the kitchen to arrive from Germany
Delivery
Following the ordering stage, we then come to the delivery phase. This is when the kitchen arrives and is transported to the client.
- Kitchen arrives on a lorry from Germany during the designated delivery week.
- Order is checked through in our warehouse and prepped for delivery on a pre-agreed date with the client
- Our team delivers the kitchen and appliances to the clients address and leave it ready for installation.
